After purchasing, download the theme ZIP file from your confirmation email. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes, click Add theme > Upload ZIP file, and select the downloaded file. Once uploaded, click Customize to start configuring your store. For detailed steps with screenshots, see our installation documentation.
Absolutely. All beBriz themes are fully customizable through the Shopify visual theme editor. You can change colors, typography, spacing, layout options, section visibility, and feature toggles directly from the editor without writing any code. Every setting is documented in our theme documentation.
When an update is available, we send you an email notification with a download link for the latest version. Download the new ZIP file, then upload it to Shopify as a new theme. We recommend duplicating your current theme before updating so your customizations are preserved as a backup. All updates are free for life.
Each license includes the complete theme files, comprehensive documentation, 6 months of dedicated support, and lifetime access to all future updates. The license is valid for one live Shopify store plus one development store. For additional stores, you can purchase extra licenses at a discounted multi-license rate.
Yes. Our themes are built on Shopify Online Store 2.0 and fully support app blocks and app embeds, meaning most Shopify apps will integrate seamlessly without code changes. We have tested compatibility with popular apps like Klaviyo, Judge.me, Loox, ReCharge, and many others. If you encounter compatibility issues with a specific app, contact our support team.
Our standard support covers theme-related questions, bug fixes, installation help, and configuration guidance. Custom development (new features, design modifications, third-party integrations) is available as a separate paid service. Send us a message describing your requirements and we will provide a timeline and quote.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If the theme does not meet your requirements, contact us within 14 days for a full refund. Please note that refund requests are not accepted after the theme license has been activated on a live production domain. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM UTC). Most inquiries are resolved within one or two replies. For urgent issues affecting your live store, mention "urgent" in your subject line and we will prioritize your ticket.
