Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of Shopify themes ("Products") sold by beBriz ("we", "us", "our") through theme.bebriz.com.

2. License

Each purchase grants you a single-site license:

• Use on one (1) live Shopify store and one (1) development store
• You may modify the theme for your own use
• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the theme files
• You may not use the theme to create a competing product or template

3. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

• A unique license key
• A download link for the theme ZIP file (valid for 24 hours)

You can request a new download link by contacting support.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are provided for digital products.

Because our products are digital files that are delivered immediately upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds once the download link has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue with the theme:

• Contact us at support with a description of the issue
• We will work to resolve the issue or provide an updated version
• We aim to respond within 24-48 business hours

5. Support

Each purchase includes support for technical issues related to the theme. Support covers:

• Installation and setup assistance
• Bug fixes and theme defects
• License key issues

Support does not cover:

• Custom development or modifications
• Third-party app compatibility
• General Shopify usage questions

6. Intellectual Property

All themes remain the intellectual property of beBriz. Your license grants usage rights only; ownership is not transferred.

7. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are in USD.

8. Updates

We may release theme updates from time to time. Customers with a valid license are entitled to free updates for the purchased theme.

9. Limitation of Liability

beBriz themes are provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages, lost revenue, or business losses arising from the use of our themes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
